Housing Accommodations:

If you are in need of a housing accommodation due to health conditions, you will need to get in contact with Academic Resources and Services (ARS). We encourage all students to submit their records by the 91AV原创deadline of July 1, 2025.
听Each student must upload a completed entrance physical and immunization record obtained from their home doctor, prior school, or military to the听听(Please note听that the portal uses your new 91AV原创Student credentials).听Each student must complete a series of听, including a TB screening form, accessed through the Health Service student portal.
Any student who will be under the age of 18 on听August 15, 2025, must complete the听Minor Consent to Treat Form that can be听accessed through the Student Health Portal.听Not having these forms completed and turned in can hinder your move in process.听
Please allow 7-21 days for your forms to be processed. Once your forms are processed you will receive a secure message through your Student Health Portal, advising you if you are compliant or if there are outstanding requirements. Correspondence regarding Athletic Clearance Requirements will come directly from your Athletics Team.

Student Mailbox number:
In late July students will be able to log into their housing portal to see their assigned mailbox number. The student鈥檚 mailbox number is important as it is needed to send letters and packages to campus. You can reach out to the Mail Room if you have further questions.

Virtual Information Technology Orientation:
Join IT staff for a Zoom-based Information Technology Orientation where you can meet IT staff, learn about and set up the technology resources needed for your studies, such as Wi-Fi, printing, and academic software, and ask questions during or after the presentation. Academic Open House:
Academic Open House will be held during our New Student Orientation week, on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025. This event provides an opportunity for you to meet with faculty from all departments and programs at 91AV原创.
Academic Advising:
Academic Advising Sessions will also occur during New Student Orientation, on Thursday, August 21st, 2025. You will meet individually with your academic advisor and discuss your course schedule. Any changes to your schedule can then be made during add/drop on August 22.
